This new 2017 Mercedes E Class All Terrain car is going to be the rugged version of the Estate, and the high variant as well. Most possibly, 2.0 liter of diesel and petrol engine won’t be offered on this car. Instead, this car will be powered by turbocharged 3.5 liters of V6 petrol engine that generates around 333 hp, or turbocharged 3.0 liter of the V6 diesel engine that produces around 258 hp of power output. The engine will get the 9G-TRONIC nine-speed automatic transmission that comes with standard gearbox with all-wheel drive configuration. So far, the specs look good and sturdy enough for targeted market.

Suspension and setup are made adaptive and more capable. From the Mercedes E Class All Terrain 2017 leaked photos, this new car gets nice and elegant interior trimming featuring dual tone finish, wood, and cream. The cabin should seat up to five passengers with large head and leg room. The middle seat in the second row can be folded and turned into a wooden armrest. From the look alone, the entire tech and system must have been updated, adjusting to recent demand.

This car is expected to be a 2017 model, so it should be logical if delivery should due later this year or early next year. The price should be a little higher from the original Estate trims.

It is unknown if the market needs this particular trim, but Mercedes-Benz has the strong fan base, so their cars tend to be sold well. This new member of the lineup seems to have real potential.
