Isuzu D-Max Centurion Special Edition — Celebrating 100 years of existence, Japanese automaker Isuzu has introduced a limited edition of its own Dmax pickup which will soon be offered in only 100 examples in the UK. It is on sale from 9 April.

Interior inside, the DMAX Centurion Special Edition gets leather upholstery as well as back door entrance guards that show the Isuzu emblem that is illuminated. Exterior tweaks include 19-inch black and silver ‘Hurricane’ alloys fitted with Pirelli Scorpion Zero tyres, , stainless steel side bars, front side and rear skirts and roof bars that are silver.
The 2016 Isuzu D-Max Centurion Special Edition boasts of added fittings like front/rear spoilers that don’t impact ground clearance or ride height, an exclusive FJORD Blue paint-job, tinted windows, double colored roof bars, LED DRLs, Alpha Sports tonneau cover and also remote tailgate locking.
Upgrades have the newest Alpine amusement system, with an 8-inch touchscreen, a roof-mounted 10.2-inch screen at the back, six loudspeakers with active sub-woofer, a rear-view camera and two wireless headphone sets.
The Isuzu D-Max Centurion is still using the same 2.5-litre twin-turbo diesel generating 161bhp and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque. The engine is matched to an automatic transmission, as well as the D-max Centurion Special Edition boasts a towing capacity of 3.5 tonnes. In addition, it keeps a five-year, 125,000 mile warranty as standard.
