Fisker Upcoming EV Second Teaser Revealed.
We all know that this company is working on a new thing. Fisker upcoming EV has been teased before by designer Henrik Fisker and the second teaser was revealed a few days ago. Despite the fact that Henrik Fisker may not get the point on the concept of the teaser, the image is intriguing enough. Clearly, it is teased to draw reactions and responds from public as feedback. Here is the complete detail of the released picture.
Fisker EV Specifications
Features, Exterior, and Interior
Let’s get a little flashback. The first teaser on this Fisker EV showed scissor doors for both the front and rear doors of the car. Fisker calls them butterfly doors anyway. This second teaser shows us the front end design of the car. The image was pretty clear with no lighting and shadow play to cover some of the elements.
Henrik Fisker tweeted “Aerodynamic low front with small trapezoid center radar & camera. Adaptive LED lights. More to come…” and it explains many things about the front end. The front end is made long and low with the thin nose. If we pay attention to the silhouette, it should remind us on Fisker Karma look at the front.
Translated from the tweet text, the Fisker EV front end will be equipped with adaptive LED light in boomerang shape which probably changes the brightness due to outdoor light, front-facing camera for probably the advanced safety feature, and radar emitter. The features to include haven’t been discussed so far. But, it certainly doesn’t include autonomous driving.
The new electric car obviously has massive wheel arches, but it doesn’t have the front grille, let alone Fisker mustache grille. This car has been confirmed to be built with carbon fiber and aluminum architecture to keep it lightweight but nothing else we know on this car yet.

Powertrain, Electric Range — Fisker EV
This Fisker EV electric car will get power from graphene battery that has 18,650 cells in size of AA battery. There is no mention on the power output, but the battery pack is expected to offer 400 miles range at least. With no radiator under the hood, it is only logical that the front end doesn’t have a grille.
The battery will be developed by company partner, Fisker Nanotech, that claims they can produce battery pack with 400 miles range. So, this should be the expected miles range for the new EV.
Fisker EV Price and Release Date
Pricing on this car hasn’t been disclosed so far. Its full prototype has been scheduled for a reveal in mid-2017.
In conclusion, the front end looks pretty nice even though we are expecting refined finish later. Let’s hold our conclusion until we can see the complete Fisker upcoming EV prototype.
