2017 Peugeot 301 FACELIFT — Facelifted Peugeot 301 Revealed, Featuring New Infotainment System. Finally, Peugeot has announced the refreshed version of its popular 301 model. This time, it doesn’t only get visual updates but also new infotainment system and other noteworthy equipment.
Peugeot 201, which has been around since 2012, is dubbed as Peugeot’s budget oriented model and the sales are focused in emerging market. Up to this day, more than 360,000 units have been sold worldwide.
2017 Peugeot 301 Facelift Specifications
The front end of new 2017 Peugeot 301 gets the most visual update. The facelift has granted Peugeot 301 with new radiator grille and bonnet style, revised bumper as well as new headlights and also LED daytime running light. In addition, the iconic lion logo that is initially put on the bonnet now has been moved to the assembly.

Refreshed Peugeot 301 2017 now comes with four options of the engine with two petrol units and two diesel units. The base model will be powered by 1.2 L Pure Tech 82 engine that is suitable to produce 82 HP at 5,750 RPM and 118 Nm of torque at 2,750 RPM.

While the first engine will be exclusively mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. And, the latter can be paired to either 6-speed manual or 6-spped EAT 6 automatic transmission.

The diesel lineup consists of a 1.6 L HDi with 92 HP and a more powerful 1.6 L BlueHDi that generates 100 HP. Both diesel units are paired to a 5-speed manual transmission.
2017 Peugeot 301 FACELIFT Release Date and Price
We can see facelifted 2017 Peugeot 301 in dealerships starting next year, but the company has not announced the exact time yet. It seems like we have to be a little more patient and wait until the car is ready to go out of the Vigo factory where the model is manufactured.
